Week 8

March 25 - 31, 2013

Went to Dr. for sonogram (3/26/2013). Measured 7 weeks and 5 days. Saw strong heartbeat. Heart rate was 157 beats per minute. Noticed large cyst on right side, probably from ovulation. Dr. was not concerned, but told me to report any problems or severe pain. Still having issues with gagging/nausea esp. at work. Mainly due to smells.

Week 7

March 18 - 24, 2013

Nausea stronger when hungry.

No meat, no cooking, no strong smells.

Sweets are great. Loving Swiss Cake Rolls, M&Ms and anything sweet.

Breasts less sore but still tender.

Week 6

March 11 - 17,2013

Went to Dr. for first sonogram at 5 weeks and 6 days (3/11/2013). All day long mild nausea started on 6 weeks in on the dot. No meat smells, no meat to eat. Except for Taco Bell. Mint tea helps.

3/11/2013 - Monday - Got back from cruise to Bahamas and went to USF IVF Dr. for sonogram. Saw egg sack, and little “jellybean”. Measuring 5 weeks and 6 days pregnant.

Week 5

March 4 - 10, 2013

Did HCG blood tests. Got great results. Symptoms include mild cramping, headaches, fatigue and very sore breasts. Food aversions and smell aversions started later in the week.

3/4/2013 - Monday - Nurse called with HCG Test results. Beta number was 965. Very good

3/4/2013 - Monday - Second HCG Blood test at Quest Diagnostics

3/4/2012 - Monday - Pregnancy test - still postive

3/5/2013 - Tuesday - Call from Nurse with HCG Test results. Beta number was 3568. This is an increase of 2603! Scheduled first sonogram with USF Dr. office for Monday, March 11, 2013 at 2:30 p.m.
