Week 15
Bea's first Valentine's Day!
I found this bib at Cracker Barrel and had to get it.
She was a big fan of it and her heart leggings.
She posed for some adorable photos.
After the photoshoot we spent the rest of the day hanging out at home.
Playing with a mobile.
Matt left work early on Valentine's day and we went to Epcot for some Disney fun.
Bea was NOT a fan of the one ride we attempted to ride. It was too dark and she completely flipped out. Luckily the ride is pretty noisy so hopefully no one could hear the poor, terrified baby. In the photo above she is finally in a better mood after a nap in the stroller. She played with her ball while we ate supper.
She was MUCH happier with us the next morning.
She and I sat outside under a beach umbrella while Daddy worked in the yard.
Fun Saturday morning family.
Little Miss Bossy is started to hold her own bottle.
I don't know WHERE she gets it.
Wearing Daddy's glasses.
Starting to wind down for a morning nap, but still smiling at me under the paci.
Thoroughly enjoying a trip to WalMart on Saturday afternoon.
Wearing a dress that Popi gave her for Christmas to church on Sunday.
Sunday night we went to a friend's house to watch some Olympics and eat supper. Matt dressed as a speed skater. Bea wore her patriotic leggings and bow.
Sunday night - Daddy and daughter were worn out.
Monday morning baby.
Made this with the Rhonna design app. Love it.
Most mornings after she takes her bottle we go in the living room and she plays with her musical gym. I eat some breakfast and have some coffee. We usually watch the DVR of Jimmy Fallon while we start our day. This was when U2 was on. She was completely entranced. Girl has good music tastes.
We babysat Charlie while his mom had an appointment.
He was so sweet to give kisses and love to the "baby". He was also a BIG fan of the puppies.
Bea got this adorable headband as a Valentine gift from Mimi.
Waiting for Daddy to get home.
He's home!
More morning musical gym playing.
Morning naps.
Her salute to the Beatles outfit.
Afternoon naps.
Daddy rocking her to sleep.
She's still such a sweet girl. She's turning into a very big Momma's girl too. I love it and feel kinda bad about it as she can sometimes give Matt a hard time if I am not in the room. In fact in the photo above he had gone in to rock her back to sleep and she was NOT happy with either of us.
She's still a super sweet baby and she loves being out and about with us. She's steadily eating every 3-4 hours and napping is good. Sometimes it's a long morning nap, sometimes it's a long afternoon nap. She and I are still trying to figure out what works best.
Right now her most favorite thing is playing with her musical gym. She bats at the toys and talks to the baby in the mirror. She def. tends to favor the right hand when playing with this toy too. I'm guessing she's probably not going to be a lefty. (Sorry, Aunt Flossie.)
She's a little bitty thing. She can't wear newborn stuff anymore but 3 month stuff fits pretty perfectly if not a little loose.
Loving this stage she's in right now! Her momma and daddy think she is the greatest!
