July 25-31, 2014
We did some really fun family activities this week:
We went to the Lowry Park Zoo.
I purchased a family annual pass in June and we enjoyed taking advantage of the cool air inside the fish/manatee exhibit.
Bea started pulling up!
Made it!
We have annual passes to Universal Studios so we took Bea to check out the new Harry Potter area of the park.
They had a new Simpsons area too.
Our first view of Diagon Alley.
Sitting in a high chair and eating a kids meal. The first time I bought one just for her.
Goofing off in Toon Lagoon.
Riding a carousel for the first time!
She LOVED the carousel and we were brave enough to take her on her next ride:
Red Fish Blue Fish
She rode it like a champ.
And celebrated with a big girl sippy cup of water all to herself.
She was so brave and completely unfazed on the carousel.
Matt and I were so proud and excited to share it with her.
I was also excited to enjoy this donut. I had no idea it would be so huge.
The trip to Universal was one of our best family days with the 3 of us. Bea was in a great mood and did great riding around in her stroller, eating big girl food and riding rides. The weather was pleasant, the crowds weren't overwhelming and we just had a great time.
Organizing DVDs
Helping Momma embroider onesies.
A musical card from Popi.
My completed embroidery project.
Found Dada's old musical toys.
She picked up on the cymbals right away.
Playing while Momma sews. (Embroiders) <Runs the embroidery machine>
Signing off for this week with a musical concert.
