Week 48

Week 48
October 3-9, 2014

More Orlando fun:

Bea rode the Red Fish Blue Fish ride with Aunt Andrea and Uncle Robert.

It was adorable, of course.

Then we hit the Carou-Suess-Sel.

Popi played a mean game of pinball.

We ate a delicious supper at the Olive Garden.

Enjoying being a big girl at supper with the family.

Taking selfies with Aunt Andrea.

We rented a super nice house for all of us to stay in. Daddy, Kara, Me/Matt/Bea and Andrea/Robert all had our own rooms and bathrooms. It was a great way to split the costs. The house even had a pool!

Swimming with Popi - we swam every night.

Munching on some chili before the ballgames on Saturday.

Wearing her Bama gear.

Family time.

Wearing Dada's hat.

Each family took a meal to prepare and cook. Matt and I had Saturday night. We did burger sliders on the grill with toppings and corn on the cob. The corn got pretty smoky and dark, but it was delicious.

Trying on Marge Simpson Wigs in Universal Studios on Sunday.

Bea rode the spaceship ride in the Simpson's World with Dada.

Sunday night we all went to play putt-putt at Disney's Winter Summerland golf course. It's got Christmas decorations and snow all around.

At first I had be riding the baby carrier on the front side.

But I quickly realized it would be easier to golf and better for Bea to ride on my back. She seemed to like it. She didn't' complain about being back there at all.

Group photo at the end of putt-putt before Matt left to drive back to Tampa for work the next day and we all headed back to the rental for one last night.

Cuddles with momma on the bed in the rental house. Having so many folks around made it tough for her to settle down at night.

The next day, I turned the rental car into the rental place and we walked over to Babies R Us to kill time while waiting on Matt to pick us up.

It was a nice chance for me to see toys Bea might like for her upcoming birthday or Christmas.

I think she tried everything.

After a fun vacation we settled back at home for the rest of the week.

Cuddles.

And constant chatter.

Loves to take things apart.

At the playground.

One night that week I was working through the weekly laundry. I had piles in the living room awaiting their turn in the washing machine. Bea walks past me and I notice she has something around her neck. I realize it's a pair of my panties that she found in the laundry pile. (Thankfully relatively clean.) She wore them like a scarf all evening. It was adorable and hilarious.

Little Fashionista.

Reading books with Daddy after his run.

Now that she is walking, we were able to stay a little after Tiny Tots music time to enjoy the playground at church.

Playing with her friend, Jaci, from Tiny Tots music class.

Her Horton elephant that Popi got for her at Universal Studios.

October 8, 2014 - Eleven months old!

Ready to take a bath!

Trying to use the pumpkins I had around the fireplace for decoration as chairs.

They were slippery.

Library time!

This is probably one of Bea's favorite days of the week.

The musical instrument holder is an excellent place to sit.

Walking back to the car after library time. I still love her sandals!!

Moving around the pumpkins on the front porch.

Playtime in the backyard.

Front porch swingin'.

She's growing so fast!!
